Very good food. However the Cuban waitress is very disrespectful and was flirting with my my husband in front of me and wasn’t even giving me the time of day. Great food but horrible service.
Food was pretty good. Could be better. The service in the beginning wasn’t great but got better throughout our lunch. Girl was very sweet. The atmosphere definitely needs work. Very plain and no pictures or anything hanging. They played elevator music while we ate. Though it was calming not the vibe we were going for.
Very disappointed! We've had amazing pupusas and wanted to give this place a try based on the menu diversity. I really wanted the Empanadas de Platano with Cream filling. My husband ordered them and wanted to make sure the lady taking the order understood what we were wanting because they had an empanada de Platano with frijoles. We also ordered the torta cubana, super nachos, Platano con crema y frijoles, and 5 pupusas revueltas, 1 pupusa con jalapeno y queso. The nachos were not crispy, they were stale and the chips were thick. The toppings were generous but the chips themselves were not good. The torta was okay. The 5 pupusa revueltas were all placed in the same to go container and were so difficult to take apart. They were falling apart on themselves. They could have been split up better or with better paper between them. Overall the revueltas tasted mostly of cheese and some beans. No pork to be tasted. The empanadas we received were supposed to be with a sweet cream. The lady told us after paying that they didn't have those available and that they were made with meat. They in fact were made with beans. The lady did not seem knowledgeable or care to try to rectify this issue. Then the Platano we got was half a Platano with old beans smeared on top, cheese lightly sprinkled and a side of crema. Not what we imagined but it was okay. Overall, I was truly disappointed with the lack of customer service over the phone, lack of menu knowledge and the quality of the food. We were handed a small menu that was supposed to show their offerings but the antojitos aren't even listed so it's not a full menu. Not sure where the bakery aspect comes in. I'm willing to give it another try but given that the business seemed slow upon picking up and still having to wait longer than the quoted 30 minute wait, we may not be willing to come back.
